Common questions
How do I save my answers?
Use Save to record the page and stay there, or Next to record it and continue. Save before going back, jumping pages, or exiting. Saving guide
Can I leave and come back?
With a reusable personal invitation, yes, while the current round remains open. Save first and reuse the same link. Generic anonymous links require a tested return-access plan.
Can I forward my invitation to a colleague?
Do not forward a personal questionnaire link. It opens your record. Ask the study team for the appropriate registration or individual link for the colleague.
Why is there no Finish or Submit button?
Surveylet records answers through Save and Next. Follow your study’s closing instructions and save the last page.
Why can’t I see the panel’s answers?
Check whether your answer is saved, whether the study displays feedback, and whether enough participants have answered. Multi-round feedback uses the previous round. Feedback settings
Does creating a snapshot bypass the minimum-response threshold?
No. Rounds and the minimum number of question answers required for feedback are independent controls.
Does changing the label “Consent” change the consensus rule?
No. It changes the displayed status label. The consensus calculation is configured separately. It is also separate from informed consent to join the study.
Is “I don’t know” the same as the middle of the scale?
No. The virtual option indicates a non-rating and is excluded from scored calculations. A neutral or middle rating is a scored response.
Why are there more recorded answers than valid ratings?
Recorded inputs can include virtual non-ratings. Match the item, matrix cell, round, and subgroup, then count valid ratings separately. Response-count guidance
Does 100% progress mean the person participated again in round 2?
Not necessarily. Copy Last Round carries answers forward even if the participant has not revisited. Use activity evidence and your protocol’s participation definition.
Can participants view earlier rounds?
No. They access the current round. Administrators can select earlier rounds for analysis and supported exports.
Can I change question wording for only one round?
Rounds do not version the questionnaire design. Design edits affect the survey across rounds. Keep a separate design record and assess changes before editing a live study.
What happens when I delete a round?
The selected round and later rounds are deleted. Export what you need first. Rounds and snapshots
Can I remove someone from the group without losing their answers?
Do not assume so. Group removal can affect data and other surveys using that group. If the goal is to stop email, use the email opt-out process instead. Group guidance
Why is a newly enabled statistic missing older values?
Statistics are stored when answer or revision events occur while they are enabled. Enabling one later does not backfill its history.
Is Group Stability a measurement of change between rounds?
Not automatically. It is the selected method’s strength-of-agreement measure. Evaluate round-to-round change separately using your protocol.
Can I test before spending response allowances?
An existing subscribed account has documented manual testing and Testing in Progress routes that do not consume allowances. Calibrum does not offer free trial or pre-purchase sandbox access. Testing guide
Do I need another response for each page or question?
No. The allowance is not a count of question answers. Separate surveys and new identities can create separate usage. Subscription guidance
Do responses expire?
Response blocks are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused responses do not carry over after their validity period. Check your agreement and account details.
Do the same panelists use another response for round 2 after renewal?
Panelists who completed round 1 in the current term do not consume responses again solely to complete round 2 after renewal of that existing study.
Is Complete Survey Care required?
No. It is optional implementation support. Surveylet administrator access and response allowances are still required to run studies.
Does Complete Survey Care include writing my scientific questionnaire or a final report?
Do not assume those deliverables are included. Your study team supplies the research content unless different work is explicitly scoped. Analysis and final reporting can be separately agreed.
Are automatic translation and NLP the same feature?
No. Translation changes the language of displayed text; NLP analyzes text, such as sentiment or entities. Review service availability and third-party processing requirements separately.
Can I use the SPSS report as a .sav file?
The SPSS report is a selected-round response grid. The label does not guarantee a native .sav export. Check the available export format and import it appropriately into your analysis software.
Can I create publication figures from screenshots?
A screenshot may be too small for the intended figure. Use the underlying exported data to create a figure at the journal’s required dimensions and format. Check any chart’s saved image size before submission.
Who should participants contact about the survey?
The study team controls the questionnaire, deadlines, and participant access. Use its contact details or the survey Chat option where enabled.
